I Almost Can't Stand It

I just almost can't stand this cuteness!!! I'm finding that lots of my pictures include these two cuties together. Who knew? It is so fun for me to see them together, especially because they really love being together. I will treasure this now and then have memories for down the road when they are squabbling with each other. :)

Abby enjoys being the little mommy of the house. She likes so much to help cook and clean as she is able, but I think her favorite thing is to be the mother hen for Caleb. She is very good about talking to him and playing with him, except when it comes to select toys that are hers. I'm so proud of the way she has transitioned to Caleb's arrival to the family.

Caleb really loves to have his sister around. He likes to just watch her and see what fun new trick she will come up with next and ALWAYS has a smile for her. I know you are not supposed to say "always" and "never" but he really does always have the biggest smile for her. Since Caleb is now sitting up on his own he also wants to play with Abby when she actually sits still for a minute. He also objects to her taking something from him and tries to get it back. Better watch out, Abby, he's almost figured out the crawling thing!

I think they just get cuter and I love them more with each day. Oh yes, and their super daddy who is a huge help and facilitates much needed breaks for me! I love you, Chuck.
