Delish Dessert

Tonight we had homemade pizza for dinner and then made this huge cookie for dessert, which was AWFUL FANTASTIC!  It was all tasty but I wanted to share the cookie recipe.  It calls for some hoity-toity chocolate but we settled for a mix of Nestle' and Ghirardelli.  Somebody call the wambulance.  Anyway, it is a very easy recipe since the oven does most of the work.  Give it a try!
