Last Saturday I attempted to make blackberry jam and... SUCCESS! It is VERY good and we are really enjoying it. And wishing we had 3 or 4 more mature bushes to be able to make and can even more. It was fun to try my hand at canning and now I have more confidence to try more things. Next summer things could get crazy around here!
