Do you know about Flat Stanley? If not, it is a book about a boy named Stanley who gets squished by a bookcase, but he's okay. Now that he is flat he can be sent in the mail to go on vacations with other people. My friend Jane and her class in Nevada finished reading the book last month and we got to host Stanley for a little while! We had fun with him and he's back in the mail now to share his stories from his time with us.
One thing you may not know is that Stanley is very impressionable. And I'm very sorry to report that my son had a negative influence on Stanley. You can just look at the picture below because words cannot even do this story justice.
BAD Stanley, BAD!!! You can come back but you and Caleb will have to live in the backyard.

I love it. I do NOT envy the clean up but this is just one of those moments that must be preserved! :)
Well, at least Stanley didn't find himself in shreds among those on the floor. LOL! Can't wait to see him and hear about the rest of his adventures when he returns to Nevada.
