Baby Boy!

Yesterday we found out that Baby G is a boy! Chuck and I did not have a preference on the gender, just hopeful for a second healthy baby and were thrilled to learn that everything looks just perfect with our son! We were able to have a lengthy sonogram and get to see so much of this blessed addition to our family. However, by the time it was over I was a little tired of all the pressing on my stomach but as always it was worth it. Our son was measuring perfectly and everything looked great and it was awesome to get to see all 4 chambers of his beating heart. It was at the beginning of the sonogram that we learned we are expecting a boy and I actually saw it before the woman doing the sonogram did. I saw a distinctly different image than I did with Abby and I gasped and she asked if we wanted to know and I said, "Yes, is it a boy?" She confirmed it and he certainly is a boy. Chuck also saw about the same time I did so that was fun for us to notice it together and be right! Anyway, the due date is somewhere around 7/5-7/8 but we'll just see when he gets here what God decided his birthday will be! That will make 3 July birthdays for our family of 4. :) We have not decided on a name but when we do we will probably keep it a secret until he is born, just like we did with Abby. But, if you want to know his name just ask my mom because she'll probably guess it like she did Abby's!
