Today I had another OB visit and this was the awesome glucose test visit. The stuff really could taste a whole lot worse but the hour I had to sit and wait was for the birds. The dr. with this pregnancy does things differently than the one I had with Abby - some things I like, some things I preferred with round 1 (like how in TX they gave me the glucose drink so I could do the test right when I got to the office). Anyway, I was glad I took a good book to read. :) On Sunday I'll have completed 6 months of this pregnancy and am really enjoying feeling Baby G move even more all the time. He's all over the place and definitely getting stronger - that's what we want, a strong, healthy baby.
Abby is so funny these days. One thing that is funny is when someone asks her if she wants a baby or a little brother, she adamantly replies "No." Ask her if she wants something else and she says "Okay." It will be fun to see her with her little brother because she is so loving with her dolls and then there was the kitty from playgroup yesterday! I laughed so hard at her holding this cat that was nearly as big as she is and she was just loving on it!
I'm so thankful for the family God has given me including a very supportive and helpful husband. You're the best, Chuck!
